“President Duterte has given the go-ahead to proceed with the execution,” pahayag ni Widodo.

“I have explained to [Duterte] about Mary Jane’s situation and I told him that Mary Jane [has been found guilty] for carrying 2.6 kilograms of heroin. I also told him about the delay in the execution during the meeting,” pahayag pa ni Widodo.

“I have already spoken (to President Duterte) about Mary Jane’s case. I said that Mary Jane brought 2.6 kilograms of heroin. And I also told him about the postponement of the execution. At that time, President Duterte said ‘go ahead’ if (Mary Jane) were to be executed,” pahayag ni Pangulong Duterte base sa ulat ng Rappler.

“This was one of the topics of our conversation. Everybody was excluded and there was a lot to cover regarding security arrangements including the Filipinos who are in jail facing charges in Indonesia.”

“There are matters that i cannot tell you now. I’m sorry I am not at liberty but maybe i can talk to the family first before anything else. It would  be improper really for me taking about it before i get hold of the family and tell them the developments of the case,” pahayag pa ng Pangulo.
